I-Park Programs Director (FT)

Oversee the artists in residence and related programs at I-Park: program development, staff management.  Excellent communication, organization and people skills required: artists’ support, problem-solving, public relations, events planning.  Management or arts administration background, BA or MFA, preferred.  Background or serious interest in the arts as well as a reasonably high level of computer competence are required.  Candidate must be a team leader but also able to work independently.  Other qualities sought: commitment, professionalism, integrity, reliability, creativity, resourcefulness/efficacy, even-temperedness, common sense, thoroughness, facility for critical thinking, persistence, ability to juggle multiple priorities.  Looking for candidate to become a passionate, loyal, articulate advocate for the I-Park project.  Salary range: $40-50,000 plus benefits.

I-Park is a small organization; we all wear many hats and try to do as much in-house as possible.  Any of the below competencies/knowledge, though not required, would make a candidacy more appealing/valuable:
