2015 Residency Program Calendar (bottom of page) and Events Listing

Visitor Guidelines – IMPORTANT
Due to the need to maintain a quiet, retreat-type setting for our artists-in-residence, I-Park is not open to the general public on a regular basis. However, during our calendared events, you are welcome to visit and explore the facility. Except as noted below, I-Park events are free. If you have a special interest in I-Park or would like to request a group tour, contact Regan Stacey, Residency Program Manager, at regan@i-park.org. Advance notice for such visits is required – please do not just drop-in. Also, no pets are allowed on the I-Park grounds.

Since 2001, I-Park has hosted over 600 artists on its 450 acre nature preserve in East Haddam, Connecticut. I-Park serves as both an open-air and a closed-studio laboratory for creative pursuits in the fields of visual arts, music composition/sound art, creative writing, moving image, architecture and landscape/garden/ecological design. I-Park advances its mission through its artists-in-residence program and the aesthetic engagement of its natural and built environments. It also designs and sponsors specially-themed exhibitions and symposia for the purpose of moving ideas of great cultural significance out of the studio setting and bringing them to life in the public domain.
